Tailored Tutoring for Success
I believe that every student can master Maths with the right help and guidance. I concentrate on personalised learning, building confidence, and gaining mastery of key mathematical concepts. I can help your child achieve their academic goals.
My experience tells me that young people learn best with face-to-face contact. That's why my preferred method of tutoring is to visit your child in your own home; an environment where they feel comfortable and relaxed. We can improve understanding of past topics which have been difficult to grasp, look at upcoming topics to give your child a head-start in class, or prepare for upcoming examinations by working on past paper content and exam technique. All we need is a quiet space and a table.
If your household is busy and you would prefer to bring your child to me, that's fine too. I live in the village of Hoddlesden, just outside Darwen.
I work in Bury, and so I would welcome tutees from the Bury, Bolton and Darwen areas.
